Ordering Methods:

Simply view our Healthy Products to purchase the items you like, online. Generally items ar shipped within 1 working day of placement of an order.  If item is out of stock or delayed, we will inform customers within 2 working days about order status and delivery timeframe.   

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa; or Mastercard.

Credit Card Payments can be made either over the phone or through our secure credit card payment system. Once your credit card details have been processed, they will automatically be deleted to protect your details.

Delivery Methods:

We are an internet-based business and therefore we do not have a physical shop-front. In order to get your products out to you as quickly, as inexpensively and as safely as possible, we use a combination of Australia Post for residential address and Star Track Express Courier Service for business addressed. 

Delivery within Australia: the prices listed on www.heathyideas.com.au site includes GST.  Delivery to one address within Australia is $9.00. 

Overnight Deliveries: can be arranged at an additional cost, please contact us via phone to arrange this service. 

International Deliveries: your order will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail - you will notified of freight charges and asked to authorise charge prior to shipment.  Please allow 10 business days for delivery.  Please note that it is the responsibility of the recipient for payment of any applicable duties, taxes or other charges.  Please note that all prices inlcude 10% GST, for all orders outside Australia the GST will be deducted on processing your order. 

Good sent via Australia Post are not registered (unless requested by you).  This means that your goods are not insured and are not guaranteed. 

Goods sent via Star Track Express Courier Service require a signature upon receipt of your parcel to ensure safe delivery.  Star Track Express Courier Service offers a door-to-door courier service and therefore cannot deliver to any P.O. Boxes.
