Lifecorder Activity Monitors use a medical grade accelerometer to record the intensity of each movement.  A Lifecorder Activity Monitor can therefore provide an extremely accurate record of time spent at moderate or greater intensity levels and daily calorie expenditure in addition to counting steps.  Lifecorder Activity Monitors can also store at least 7 days od data.  Selected models are able to download data for a PC for detailed analysis.
